After the study concerning the public transport network of BREST METROPOLE, NUMTECH carried out the Air and Health study of the project to create the future T10 tramway line on the territory of Greater Lyon, in France, for which SYSTRA is the representative for the project management, on behalf of SYTRAL Mobilités (organizing authority for mobility in the Lyon area).
As an important step in the development plan for the public transport network of the Métropole de Lyon, and therefore in line with the new mobility strategy, the new T10 tramway line will link, in 2026, the multimodal exchange hub of Vénissieux and the Gerland sector located in Lyon 7th (more information, in French, on the project: here).
As part of this regulatory study aimed at studying the impacts of the project on air quality, NUMTECH carried out:
- the characterization of the initial state in the study area, in partnership with EVADIES,
- the estimation of the project's impact on air quality, by fine-scale modelling, when the project is considered as completed, then 20 years later.
